Mindfully Well seeks to provide holistic integrated psychology‍‍‍ and counselling services to individuals in the Canberra and surrounding region, utilising a multidisciplinary team that consider the needs of the whole person, in a complementary and integrated way.  

We support the individual to not merely achieve the resolution of mental anguish, but excel and achieve a state of wholeness and mental wellbeing.

We are a little unique in the psychological community as we work utilising a variety of different evidenced based therapeutic techniques delivered in a holistic way.

If appropriate, we are also able to facilitate easy access to a variety of other therapists who may be able to provide you with other health services that may support your overall improvement in wellbeing.

Our diversity of experience allows us to work with you in a different way, probably very different to other services you may have experienced and usually not in a way that you expect.
