Booking your first appointment with us is easy. Just complete an initial screening form by clicking below and our helpful reception staff will be in contact shortly.
We have an online Booking System for Existing Clients to book their own appointments. You can access this system by clicking on the button below.
New clients will need to call us on (02) 6239 6191 or submit your information above to send us an email to arrange your first appointment. Once you have attended your first appointment, you will be able to book future appointments online.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy
We Confirm Your Appointment - You will receive a confirmation SMS the day before your appointment.
It is requested that you reply ‘yes’ to this SMS to confirm your appointment. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please log into the online booking system to cancel or reschedule. Alternatively, you can contact the office via phone or email.
To cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge, you need to give us a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. This allows us the opportunity to try to fill your appointment from our internal waitlist, if possible. If we are notified with less than 24 hours’ notice or you do not attend your appointment, you will be charged a full cancellation fee.
Please note that we utilise an online payment system and we require payment to be available on your designated card before your appointment. We will be in contact if we attempt to take payment and there are insufficient funds.
If we do not receive payment within 6 weeks of providing the service or late cancellation, we will pass along the invoice to a recovery agency. In doing so, you will be required to pay all costs incurred by Mindfully Well in the recovery of any monies owed under this Agreement.
